Order Processing

We at the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store endeavor to process and place your order in a timely and reasonable manner. Most products ship to you directly from the manufacturer and should arrive within 7 to 14 days. Due to the nature of the production and shipping process some items may require more lead time. In the case of a long lead item (in excess of 21 days) you will be notified, thru email, as to its expected ship date.

 

Warranty Information

OutDoorLighting Inc. Store makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, as to the workmanship, performance, quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability with respect to any goods sold and delivered by OutDoorLighting Inc. Store The sole warranties which may apply to the goods sold hereunder shall be those specifically provided in writing by the manufacturer of such goods.

OutDoorLighting Inc. Store, shall not be held liable for any changes made by any manufacturer as to the representation of their product - which has been adjusted, changed or modified by the manufacturer in any way.

OutDoorLighting Inc. Store shall not be liable in any manner, shape or form for any damages whatsoever which may result from the use of any goods sold and delivered by OutDoorLighting Inc. Store to you.

We are not liable in any manner, shape or form for any cost incurred with respect to any goods which may be defective or incorrectly packaged products. Please refer to our return policy in regards to these products.

 

Return Policy

All products to be returned must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA), issued by the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store We will not accept any merchandise without this authorization. Products returned without the RGA will be refused and returned to sender.

All returns must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery of item. All returns must be made in the original carton and packing and must contain the original sales receipt. In addition, such merchandise must not have been installed and all wiring provided with such goods must be in its original condition.

Items that are received defective, incorrectly packaged or incorrectly shipped by manufacturer may be returned without a restocking fee. You must receive a return goods authorization for these items as well.

A service charge of no less than twenty to fifty percent shall be deducted on all merchandise returned to the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store to defray our costs to handle processing, servicing and restocking, unless prior written consent is provided by the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store The return goods fees are based on the manufacturer’s policy regarding the return and/or restocking of such returned items. These fees can be as high as 50%. The exact return goods fee will be quoted upon request and will be deducted from any refund issued. The item must be returned freight prepaid to the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store at 129 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station, N.Y. 11746. Under no circumstances are any freight charges refundable. A store credit or refund shall be provided to the purchaser. Credit card refunds will be issued only to the original credit card and check refunds shall be in the form of a company check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE: THE OutDoorLighting Inc. Store SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY SPECIAL ORDER GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED TO YOU. SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE IS DEFINED AS ITEMS WHICH ARE EITHER NOT DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE OR OUR WEB SITE PRODUCT CATALOG, OR ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED OR CHANGED AT YOUR REQUEST.

 

Damaged Fixtures

All equipment must be inspected upon receipt. If you receive a broken or damaged fixture, the OutDoorLighting Inc. Store will contact the manufacturer. Based upon the determination of the manufacturer of the product, the product will be repaired or replaced. All claims for damaged must be made within 15 days. All damage claims must be submitted thru the OLC. The OLC will not be held liable for any costs incured due to the repair, exchange or delay of the products sold or occur as to the result of installation, removal or operation of any product.

Backordered Items

Back ordered items are products which are currently not available (in excess of 14 days). If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the expected ship date, given to us by the manufacturer. We will not process a backordered item until it is approved by you. Upon your approval we will charge your credit card and process your order.

 

Shipping Policy

Our Free shipping offer is only applicable to online orders of $100.00 or more within the continental United States.

Our products may ship directly from the manufacturer or other third party. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. You must file a lost shipment claim with the respective shipper. Claims for Damaged goods must be made within 36 hours of receipt of such goods. Call tags may be issued by the shipper or manufacturer. Contact out return goods dept to assist you if the need arises.

All products are manufactured and shipped by our suppliers. We make our best effort to provide you with the product ordered in a timely manner. Upon order you will receive an expected ship date provided to us by the supplier. However, some items are subject to delay. We have no control over the manufacturer's inventory, production or shipping schedules of their products. In the event that there are delays outside the normal course of business, we shall advise you accordingly.

Labor Costs

The OutDoorLighting Inc. Store is NOT responsible for any labor costs, which occur as to the result of installation, removal or operation of any product.

Installer & Contractor Information

Upon your specific request, OutDoorLighting Inc. Store may provide you with a list of installers and contractors. Please be advised that these installers and contractors pay a fee to OutDoorLighting Inc. Store to be listed in our list of installers in your area section. While we have tried to provide you with a list of qualified individuals and companies, we make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the workmanship, performance, quality, reliability or licensing of these companies, and/or individuals. We strongly urge you research each installer and/or contractor prior to your engaging their services.

OutDoorLighting Inc. Store shall not be liable in any manner, shape or form, for any damages whatsoever which may be incidental to, or result from any work performed by a contractor included in the above stated list. Any work or services which may be provided by these contractors shall be pursuant to a separate contract between you and such contractor. We are not responsible for any labor charges which result as to the workmanship of these installers and contractors, nor are we responsible for any labor costs, which occur as to the result of installation, removal or operation of any product.
